The BMW iX carries a modern sport activity vehicle concept that is intelligently designed to provide a modern interior that is comfortable, spacious, and minimalist in luxury.

The new charging technology on the BMW iX enables DC (direct current) fast charging with very high charging power. The BMW iX xDrive40 can recharge high-voltage batteries up to 200 kW.
This means charging for 10 minutes can provide enough energy to add a range of more than 90 kilometers. High-voltage battery charging can be increased from 0% to 80% in less than 34 minutes.
Apart from that, the BMW iX xDrive40 uses a lot of recycled, environmentally friendly materials and renewable energy.
One of them is an interior that uses Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified wood.
Interiors
The interior, or cabin, of this premium electric car looks very luxurious, elegant, and futuristic.
This car door has a vacuum door feature, so you don’t need to close the door hard because it will automatically close tightly.
Towards the dashboard, there is a curved LCD screen extending from behind the steering wheel to the middle of the dashboard, which gives a luxurious impression.
Then the steering wheel is hexagonal in shape and can be adjusted electrically by tilt and telescopic.
There are not many settings buttons that are ‘sticky’ on the dashboard. Because all systems are integrated on an elongated screen on the dashboard.

Exterior
This BMW iX truly represents a premium SUV. First of all, it can be seen from the front.

The difference in the grille lies in the latest technology embedded, namely embedded cameras and sensors behind the grille.

The BMW iX is equipped with dual electric motors with a total power of 523 PS and a maximum torque of 765 Nm. To reach 0-100 km/hour, this electric car only takes 4.6 seconds, with a top speed of 200 km/hour.
For the battery, this car is equipped with a 105.2 kWh lithium-ion battery, which allows it to reach a distance of up to 630 km based on the WLTP cycle.
For charging time, this BMW iX electric car takes 11 hours with an 11 kW AC wallbox charger.
This car can be charged using DC fast charging up to 200 kW, which can fill the battery from 10% to 80% in just 35 minutes and increase the distance to up to 150 km in just 10 minutes.
So, of course, this car can be relied on even for long-distance trips.
